1. Booking

– Bookings are subject to availability.

– A booking is confirmed only after the required payment or advance payment is received.

– Guests must provide accurate information while making reservations.

2. Pricing

– All prices are subject to change without prior notice.

– Applicable GST and government taxes will be charged as per prevailing laws unless otherwise stated.

– Promotional offers cannot be combined unless specifically mentioned.

3. Check-in & Check-out

– Standard Check-in: 3:00 PM

– Standard Check-out: 10:00 AM

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may attract additional charges.

4. Guest Responsibilities

Guests agree to:

– Maintain proper behaviour during their stay.

– Respect other guests and camp staff.

– Be responsible for any damage caused to camp property.

– Follow all safety instructions during jeep safari, camel safari and other activities.

5. Adventure Activities

Activities such as Jeep Safari, Camel Safari, ATV rides and similar experiences involve inherent risks. Guests participate at their own discretion and must follow all safety instructions provided by operators.

6. Cancellation & Refund

Cancellation and refund requests shall be governed by our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy.

7. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for delays, cancellations or inability to provide services due to events beyond our reasonable control including natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, severe weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
