  • All rates are NET B2B Rates and are applicable only to registered travel partners.
  • Above Rates are not Valid During 6th Nov to 15th Nov (DIWALI) &&& 23rd Dec to 03 January 2027 (NEW YEAR)
  • All bookings are subject to room availability at the time of confirmation.
  • Standard check-in and check-out timings apply unless otherwise confirmed.
  • Special requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
  • The management reserves the right to modify operational policies whenever necessary.

❌ Cancellation Policy

  • 30 Days or More: Free cancellation.
  • 15–29 Days: 25% retention charges.
  • 07–14 Days: 50% retention charges.
  • 03–06 Days: 75% retention charges.
  • Within 72 Hours or No Show: 100% retention charges.
  • Peak Season bookings may have separate cancellation policies.
  • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or WhatsApp.

💳 Refund Policy

  • Eligible refunds will be processed after cancellation approval.
  • Refunds are generally processed within 7–10 working days.
  • Refunds will be made through the original payment method or registered bank account.
  • Bank charges, payment gateway fees, and applicable deductions may be adjusted.
  • No refund will be applicable for unused services after check-in.
